Bob and Rachael have always been so impressed with the service they have received at Ritz-Carlton hotels and resorts over the years. They have always wanted to bring the experience to our clients, and teach the staff how to give that type of service as well. Ritz-Carlton actually has a course where they teach businesses how they do such an outstanding job. A few weeks ago Bob and Rachael took Kirsten and Jenna to stay at the Dallas Ritz-Carlton to both see and experience first hand a “Ritz” experience and go through their course. They participated with a group of other financial advisors to learn how to develop a client experience that reflects a Ritz-Carlton mentality.
