Administrative Business Associate

Our successful, high-tech, Christian financial advisory firm is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, productive individual. We are seeking a full-time Administrative Business Associate to support financial professionals in meeting preparation and client outreach, as well as to support the overall office in a variety of tasks. This person must have a willingness to work hard and want to be part of a growing and friendly team. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a basic level of computer proficiency, the ability to handle multiple tasks quickly and accurately, able to work independently, a good team player, and have strong attention to detail. Outstanding interaction with clients is a must!

  • Interface with clients, team members, business partners, and vendors
  • Process inbound/outbound mail and paperwork
  • Execute data entry, copying, faxing, scanning, and electronically filing documents and research.
  • Assist in preparation for client and potential new client meetings
  • Maintain client records, WealthBox CRM database, and other files
  • Follow up with clients and business partners as needed
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Assist in both client and potential client outreach in the form of emails, SMS, printed materials, and calls.
  • Podcast – guest setup and scheduling
  • Client appointments – assist in calls, texts, and other communication to fill the calendar
  • Assist financial advisors with their calendars and keep projects organized
  • Client appreciation and connection – set up lunch or dinner appointments and spearheading appreciation efforts for local and non-local clients
  • Assist in the organization of website content strategy and production schedule
  • Complete other requests and projects as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree OR
  • Previous experience as an administrative business partner, administrative assistant, or equivalent in a professional setting
  • Basic to intermediate level computer skills (be able to write, modify and edit text using both word processing applications and email platforms)
  • Experience in the financial industry is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Starting Pay:

  • Full-time salary starting at $45,000 annually plus benefits
  • Eligible for bonuses after 12 months

Work Location:

  • New Braunfels, TX
  • In-office, remote workdays allowed for up to two days per week
